A Survival Guide For Disc Herniations

Dr. William E. Morgan’s Disc Herniation Survival Guide is a MUST read

For those of you who know me personally, you know that I DO NOT recommend products that I haven’t experienced myself.  I am very skeptical of outlandish claims of health promotion, and I’m especially careful of people trying to sell me things.  I think it’s good to have a certain level of cautiousness about such claims, otherwise we’d all be running around still doing the “low fat” diet that swept the nation in the 80’s.  Luckily, Dr. Morgan does not make outlandish health claims or false promises,  and I have personally experienced the effectiveness of his book, so I feel compelled to share with you.

While I personally have not herniated a disc, I have treated many people with disc herniations.  Since reading this book (about 3 times), I have implemented many treatment plans and given home exercise/recommendations based on the ideas in this book.  Many of my herniation patients have read this book, and have safely and successfully avoided surgery.  Having a tool to educate themselves about their condition is empowering and encourages them to take an active role in their treatment.  I have given this book to members of my own family, and watched as they made the appropriate lifestyle modifications and let their bodies heal the disc herniation.  I would recommend this book to anyone with a disc herniation, especially before considering surgical options (so long as there are no apparent red flags- ie. loss of bowel, bladder function etc.)

If you have history of disc herniations, or know someone who does, please check out this book.  It is only 6.00, and it will likely be the best 6.00 you’ve ever spent if you have a disc herniation.
