YMCA Be a Rockstar 5k 2014

The “Be a Rockstar 5k” took place on June 21, 2014 in the villages of Urbana.  This run encourages the Frederick and Urbana communities to dress up as Rockstars, run a 5k, and help raise money for the YMCA’s campaign for kids.  Dr. Cassie was at this event for injury prevention and “race recovery.”  In the event someone needed complimentary stretching, kinesiology taping, and/or help with an injury, she was there!
