YMCA Healthy Kids Day 2014

On May 17, 2014, the YMCA of Frederick hosted its annual Healthy Kids Day.  Healthy Kids day is a fun, family event geared toward improving the health and well-being of children in the Frederick community (and nationally).  Dr. Cassie volunteers at this event regularly, but this year she was able to offer free demonstrations on relaxation techniques and showed families how chiropractic care can keep them healthy.
