Mission 10 Miler 2014

The Mission 10 Miler is an annual ten mile race in Frederick MD, to which all proceeds go to the Frederick Rescue Mission.  The Frederick Rescue Mission is an organization that provides individuals in need of: chemical addiction recovery support, food, clothes, and furniture.  This race is for a great cause and Dr. Cassie was very excited to offer chiropractic services for the runners before (for kinesiology taping) and after the race.  It was very cold and snowy this past March 30, 2014, but people’s positive attitudes and smiling faces kept everyone warm!
